Silk Throw Blankets

These silk throw blankets are handwoven in the fantastic Cambodian silk, also known as yellow or golden silk. By far, most silk in the world is white silk, but in Cambodia there exists a tropical silk that is better than any other silk. The silk is hand spun, hard to weave, but the result is fantastic.

These blankets are woven in the maximum width to hand looms, they are big, very hot, in our opinion, warmer than wool. They are soft and become softer after use.

They are very difficult to obtain, partly because the silk is rare, partly because the yellow silk is popular in Thailand and Japan.
